GENTLEMEN:


On behalf of LBPEA Region 02 & Eastern CAR, we are earnestly requesting the National Executive Board to make representation with the Management for the possible immediate negotiation/ implementation of the old MIP1, the yearly one step increment, this July 2010 while waiting for the implementation of our new pay plan.

We understand the predicament of LBP Management and the Association with regard to the approval of our new pay plan since it has to go through a tedious process – “DBM deliberation/review and Malacañang approval.” But it is deemed necessary for us to do something at this point in time to cushion the impact of “impatience” of our members. Majority of our members are already dead tired of waiting for the implementation of our new pay plan. Hence, the granting of the one step increment this July 2010 would be a good motivation to ease up the ill feelings of our members.
